City Bridge Foundation (£283k) – Designed and co-wrote the successful funding proposal with the CEO and maintained the funder relationship following their departure. Secured multi-year funding to expand Nafsiyat’s intercultural group therapy programme, supporting marginalised and racialised communities across North London. The project introduced a structured psychosocial group model offering culturally specific and mixed-community spaces for therapeutic support, including Arabic, Amharic and Tigrinya-speaking women’s groups, new Arabic and Turkish-speaking men’s groups, and mixed-gender mental health groups for racialised Londoners. I also developed the post-funding delivery plan, establishing clear milestones, monitoring systems, and community referral pathways across five boroughs (Islington, Camden, Haringey, Enfield and Barnet).
