YouthBuild UK

YouthBuild UK works with employers in the construction industry to provide work opportunities to disadvantaged young people aged between 14 to 25 who are at risk of social exclusion, already excluded, or young offenders. They organise annual events to share best practices and recognise exceptional achievements through the Young Builder of the Year Awards.

YouthBuild UK aimed to recognise and showcase the commitment of some of the employers they collaborate with in helping young people transform their lives. Working together with Cyfle, Joe Brennan Training, and St Edmunds Society, I created articles for YouthBuild UK highlighting their missions and achievements.
