Government Suicide Prevention Fund (£79k) – Secured funding from the Department for Health and Social Care to launch the Men’s Building Resilience project — a London-wide partnership supporting male refugees, asylum seekers, and men bereaved by suicide. Designed and authored the bid while Nafsiyat was between CEOs, working with Clinical Director Baffour Ababio to confirm deliverability and impact. Brought together consortium partners Islington Mind and Camden City Islington Westminster Bereavement Service (CCIWBS) to deliver culturally informed group therapy (Nafsiyat), creative and social activity sessions (Islington Mind), and 1-to-1 bereavement counselling (CCIWBS).
